I'm just doing my annual Preventing Workplace Harassment training at work, and one clip in particular stood out as... especially half-hearted.

haha agreed. I have to go through those regularly but we get the written version. some of the scenarios there make me cringe - as in you have to run and tell management of anything, even if it's a friend at work you've known for years and they trust you with a secret. that's just like... no. I won't betray their trust. But we all know what's the correct answer it ๐

I don't recall, but the correct answer to this, like virtually every other question in the course, was something like "tell HR". Unsurprisingly.
