There's some kind of foot race going on today and the well area is heaving with people: spectators lining the roadside are cheering and whooping as the runners barrel past. My partner Ruth and are only in town for a weekend class in Argentine Tango and didn't anticipate being able to find this cache at all amongst the craziness.

But find it we did! We sat by the circular pool a while until we saw an opportunity to search, and found the cache container easily: a sneaky hide, to be sure, but the first hint was helpful! TFTC!
