This weekend, I (a) carried a 1970s Yamaha organ around the place, (b) took a beginner lesson in Argentine tango, and (c) spent an hour swimming in an outdoor pool that was, despite the mini-heatwave, still amazingly cold.
My poor old-man-legs are not happy with me.
