Day 1: Senior management ask me about a proposed change. I tell them it’s not worth doing. They tell me to plan and scope it anyway; it’s important that it happens.
Day 4: After a ton of research and meetings, I present a full plan about how we can make the proposed change happen. It’s hard and it’s expensive, but it’s achievable.
