Tape or no tape, the tree was, I must admit, rather impressive for the short time that it managed to hold itself together, even if by the end of Troma night it could only manage to be an impressive, heavily-trimmed, short hedge.

Our Christmas tree hangs from the ceiling in the lounge too because we don't have enough space for it on the ground.
We hang it so the pointy bit is at the top though.
