Universal Cosplay

As previously indicated, I’m not anticipating cosplaying anybody. But I think I could do Greg Universe.

Not young Greg Universe, the Star Child of ‘Story for Steven’… which seems to be the only variety anybody’s ever cosplayed as before if an image search is to be believed. No, I mean: overweight old balding Greg Universe. I could totally pull that look off.

Composite image showing Greg Universe from Steven Universe, in both his 'young, rock star' version and the more-familiar 'old balding car wash owner who lives in his van' version.

Fake tan lines, white t-shirt (I’d probably make a ‘guitar dad’ one!), sweatpants, carrying a guitar. Easy.

Again, not that I’m planning to. Just saying that I could

Bramble

Fresh D&D campaign with some Abnib folks! I’m playing a Harengon Barbarian.

I’m a fierce bunny rabbit!

Composite photo showing on the left a render of large anthropomorphic rabbit with chestnut-coloured fur, brandishing a shield and a warhammer; on the right Dan, wearing a rabbit ear headband and with a nose and whiskers painted on his face, looking threatening (insofar as it's possible to do so while looking like a bunny).

Note #20998

A white man wearing simple round spectacles with a silver wire rim, his finger to the corner of his mouth, looks into the camera.

Beginning to prepare/test my costume for an upcoming murder mystery party, I glanced into the mirror and briefly didn’t recognise myself. Glasses can do so much to change your face shape!

Note #19581

Today is “superhero day” for nursery/reception, so I continued my effort to straddle the line between being a fun #parent and an embarassing parent line by dropping the kids off like this:

Dan dressed as The Flash
