StopAbductions.com has a guide to building your own “Thought Screen Helmet”. From the website:

I think that thing appeared on Graham Norton – he showed it during an interview with Gillian Anderson and read out some testimonials to the effect of ‘since using the helmet I have not been troubled by extra-terrestrial mind control, so it must work’. :)
